Cadence is a new company. The people and the network behind it are not. It was built by operators who have spent their working lives in industrial controls, automation, and contract manufacturing, and it sources from an established bench of specialist suppliers: UL 508A panel shops, controls houses, robotics integrators, and cable and harness manufacturers with real operating track records. A broker forwards your job to whoever is free. We put it in front of shops we already know, hold the contract, and own what comes back. We stay deliberately lean: a small team, no corporate layers, and quotes back in hours.
